Get the latest information here Livingston County’s unemployment rate was down in July from what it was one year ago but not significantly. In July 2009 Livingston County had an unemployment rate of 10.8 percent. This year the rate was 10.5 percent. The three-tenths of a point drop did make a significant difference in the state ranking for the county.
