The latest news… Saturday update SACRAMENTO — California’s unemployment rate fell slightly in November — down to 12.3 percent from 12.5 percent a month earlier, the state Department of Economic Development reported Friday. Napa County’s rate, however, jumped to double-digits for the first time in recent memory. What are your thoughts?
