5 Stars Excellent Source of Information If You’re In the Job Market
This book I purchased for my daughter and it arrived in excellent time. My daughter said that she was half way thru the book and that it’s a great source for people who are on the job market.

This is a great job search book with lots of tips and concrete instructions on resumes, interviewing and searching. It focuses on being positive in your job search.

4 Stars Information is great; editing is poor.
I have not read any other job search books, but this one outlines a good job search process. It even offers scripts to use at certain points in the job search that I found useful. Plus, Beshara writes about getting yourself in the right, positive mindset which is important espcially for those who may be searching for a job because they were laid off. Only complaint is that there are many sentence structure or missing word errors throughout the book which causes you to have to re-read the sentence at times to understand it’s intent.

This book was extremely helpful to me in my job search. It has a lot of great tips. You can skip over the stuff that doesn’t pertain to you. but at least it is there if you do need it. I have been getting more action since I started this program. Hopefully I will actually get a job soon.

3 Stars Time has passed on many of the techniques
While this book is a terrific guideline for the market 3 years ago, it misses out on the revolution that has occured with Facebook, MySpace, Linkedin and Twitter. Perhaps the author will have an update out at some point.
