Refineries, Unemployment, Costs Benefits

Check out this awesome video - Some strange cross-winds in the oil market. Supposedly we have a glut of oil waiting to be processed, refineries being shut down because of margin compression, and some integrated oil companies grimacing that the cost of extraction are higher than the spot oil price. Then we have a supply demand equation over all that noise. I go into providing noise free unemployment numbers. I then posit a question about the costs of these youtube videos being an amount of risk beyond the monetary aspect of production. Any comments?
